Your to-dos, alarms and checklists
Everything you enter in Boostify stays on your devices. If iCloud is on, Boostify syncs it through your private iCloud database at Apple, which only you can access; we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes the data on that device; data in iCloud can be deleted in the iCloud settings of your device.
Alarm sounds you add from Files are copied into Boostify on your device and are not uploaded anywhere. The widget shows the same data from your device.
Purchases
Boostify Pro is bought through Apple. Boostify only learns whether you own it, not who you are or how you paid. Apple's privacy policy applies to the purchase.
Videos
The tutorial videos are downloaded from Apple's servers the first time you play them and then stay on your device. Apple processes your IP address to deliver them, under its privacy policy.
Alarms and notifications
Alarms and notifications are scheduled by iOS on your device.
When you email us
If you write to [email protected], your message and email address are used only to reply. Emails are stored with Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Dublin, Ireland) and deleted when they are no longer needed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
